About these terms

This website is operated by CMKO LLC under the name ZippedAway. In these Terms of Service, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to CMKO LLC. These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases from our store. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to offer products and services.

Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information, and keep any account credentials secure. You may not use our store for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement of others’ rights, interference with the website, or unauthorized access to systems or data.

Products and travel requirements

Review the product description, dimensions, materials, included components and compatibility information before ordering. Product colors can look different on different screens. Images may show props or accessories; the product description identifies what is included.

Airline baggage limits, destination electrical requirements and permitted travel items vary. Check the requirements that apply to your trip. A plug adapter does not necessarily convert voltage. We may be unable to change an order after fulfillment has started; this does not affect any cancellation or refund rights you have under applicable law.

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you, provide an updated estimate when available, and offer the cancellation and refund options required by law. We remain your point of contact for order and delivery issues even when a fulfillment partner or carrier handles your shipment.

Returns and product problems
