Where we ship

ZippedAway ships to eligible addresses in the United States. Available shipping services are shown after you enter your delivery address at checkout. We currently do not offer international shipping, local delivery or in-store pickup.

Shipping rates

Our standard U.S. shipping rate is $4.90. Eligible orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Your shipping charge and any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before payment.

Order processing and delivery estimates

We normally process orders within 1–2 days after receiving your order and payment confirmation. Standard delivery typically takes an additional 3–8 business days after shipment.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays and other shipping disruptions can result in a later arrival. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Please allow for both order processing and transit time when planning for a trip.

Tracking and separate shipments

When tracking is available, we will include it in your shipment notification. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created.

Delays and unavailable items

If we cannot ship within the processing time promised, we will contact you with an updated shipment estimate when available and the option to cancel the unshipped items for a refund. We will obtain your agreement to a delay where required by law. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your delivery address before submitting your order. For an address change or cancellation request, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible once fulfillment has begun. If your package is missing, damaged or marked delivered but has not arrived, email us with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. This does not limit rights you have under applicable law.
